For non-regulated industries, your contractor requirements will be reviewed, and a policy developed to complement your current safety policies and corporate culture. Policies developed by Jan Chandler, since 1996, continue to prove themselves in meeting standards as outlined by US DOT audits, your Customer’s Contractor Requirements, and your legal advisors.
At Chandler Consulting Inc. we believe in early intervention with a troubled worker, and are here to assist managers and supervisors in identifying a worker who may be struggling, and assist with a referral to a professional who can assess the presenting problem and make recommendations for the resolution of such. There are many reasons why a worker may present with declines work performance, which may include substance abuse, elevated stress levels, anger mismanagement, relationship troubles, gambling, etc. etc. Ultimately, a worker who seems “troubled” translates to unfocussed attention in the workplace, which presents a possible safety issue. Our professionals will offer guidance and support to your company with these types of referrals.
Chandler Consulting Inc. is available twenty four hours every day to respond to your requests for post accident and reasonable suspicion testing requirements.
